No city is adults-only, but some are full of places that are: 21+ pools and rooftops, speakeasies behind hidden doors, casinos, spas and supper clubs where nobody brings the kids. These are the eight we'd pick for a trip without them.

Where a venue card says 21+ or 18+, that's the venue's own rule, checked in September 2026. The rest are grown-up by design: listening rooms, dress-for-dinner dining rooms and spas. Each card shows where and when we checked it.

1. Las Vegas, Nevada
Best for: 21+ pools, rooftops and casinos. Adults-only moment: Circa's adults-only Legacy Club.
The obvious pick, and the most adults-only: stay at the adults-only Circa and end the night at the Legacy Club on its 60th floor (21+). By day, the Venus Pool Lounge at Caesars is a calmer 21+ pool, and Qua Baths & Spa has Roman baths and an ice room.

The adults-only, European-style (topless-optional) pool inside Caesars' Garden of the Gods complex, with daybeds and cabanas. Weekend DJs, but calmer than the big day clubs.

A large spa built around Roman baths of different temperatures, a laconium, a tea lounge and the Arctic Ice Room, where flakes fall from the ceiling. There are private rooms for couples' treatments.

Best for: Spa days and supper clubs. Adults-only moment: A private hot mineral soak.
Spend an afternoon at the Spa at Séc-he, where the day pass includes a private soak in the Agua Caliente hot mineral spring, then dress for dinner at Melvyn's and catch a show at the Purple Room, the supper club the Rat Pack loved.

Open daily 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Old Hollywood Palm Springs: a classic steak and seafood dining room at the Ingleside Estate, with live music every night. Dinner daily 5 to 9 p.m.; the bar is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A 1960s supper club once loved by the Rat Pack, open six nights a week. Tuesday to Thursday there's entertainment from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. (Thursday is a three-course dinner with live jazz for $59), and on weekends ticketed dinner shows: dinner at 6 p.m. and the show at 8 on Friday and Saturday, 5 and 7 p.m. on Sunday.

A family-run jazz club with live music every night of the year since 1947. Students from the local conservatories sit in with veterans at the jam sessions (Tuesday to Saturday, 7 to 9 p.m.), then the night sets run until midnight. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday and 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
